Write to a real person — the developer who makes Stamp. You will normally get a reply within one or two business days, in English or Vietnamese.
Open the Settings tab → “Restore purchase”. Make sure the iPhone is signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. If it still does not unlock, send us the Apple ID email (no receipt needed) and we will work through it with you.
Fully close the app and reopen it — the Plus state is read at launch. If ads persist, run “Restore purchase” once more. Stamp Plus removes every ad: banner, rewarded and app-open.
Watermark-free export is a Plus feature. On the free version you can also clear the watermark for a single export by watching a rewarded ad when the app offers it — but that applies to that one export only.
That is an iOS permission. Go to iOS Settings → Stamp and enable Camera and Photos. If you chose “Selected Photos”, add photos to the allowed list or Stamp cannot see them.
The map only shows stamps that carry a place. Location is optional: if you tapped “Not now”, enable it again in iOS Settings → Stamp → Location, then attach a place to new stamps from the stamp details.
Reels are rendered on the device, so a longer range takes longer. Try a shorter range (today or this week), keep the app in the foreground, and make sure the device has free storage.
Stamp keeps everything on the device and has no server, so deleting the app deletes the data with it. The only way back is restoring the iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup that contains the app. Before switching phones, export the pages you want to keep to Photos.
Settings tab → Language. Stamp speaks English and Vietnamese, and the switch applies immediately with no restart.
In-app purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID and pick the purchase. If the reason is a bug, tell us too — it may be fixable for you.
Include these four things and we will find it far faster:
